Bottled water delivered to North Somerset areas

For precautionary purposes, we have started to deliver bottled water to our most vulnerable customers (Cat 1 and 2). This is due to us managing lower than expected flows at Cheddar Water Treatment works as of the 13.09.2025.
Should there be any issues with your water supply. We will make sure you are notified promptly.
