Personnel now on site checking the affected pumping equipment following National Grid work today. We do have a pump running on a generator attempting to build up pressure in the system.  We are hoping to have customers back in water as soon as we can.

We are aware of a power outage affecting our Down Road pumping station in Portishead. Inspectors are on route to  resolve the issue and we are in contact with National Grid. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
