Crews have continued to work on the repair over night. Majority of customers should see their water restored while we continue to repair the main, although at a lower pressure. The few properties that remain out of water during the repair have been delivered bottled water. Thank you for your patience while we continue to work on this repair.

Crews have arrived on site and are trying to isolate the section of broken main. Once the main is isolated from the network, this will help to restore supply to majority of customers although at a reduced pressure. Thank you for your patience while we work on this repair.

We have been made aware of a burst main in Manor Road, Frome. This is causing some customers to experience no water or low pressure. Crews are currently on route to the area to assess the damage and start repairs. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
