When you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, there is a lot to think about and organise. We want to ensure we make dealing with us as easy as possible.

Loss of a loved one – we are here to help

To make sure we can support you in the best way possible, it would be helpful if you had the following information ready when contacting us:

  • Details of your loved one, including their name, address, and their date of death
  • Bristol Water customer number (if available)
  • Whether the property is owned or rented
  • An up-to-date meter reading (if applicable)
  • The name, address and contact details of the person/executor who will be looking after the deceased’s affairs
  • Details of anyone still living at the property
  • Whether water is still required at the property

Don’t worry if you don’t have all this information we can still help.

We know losing someone is difficult, there is so much to think about and notifying organisations can be daunting.
