Christmas Opening Hours

If you are contacting us about an operational issue such as a leak, no water or low pressure, our Customer Services team will be open normal hours over the Christmas period with the exception of the following days:

  • Wednesday 25 December - CLOSED
  • Thursday 26 December - CLOSED
  • Wednesday 1 January - CLOSED

Our 24-hour emergency helpline will be in operation over Christmas, so if have an emergency relating to your water, please call 0345 702 3797 and we'll be able to assist you.

Have you been contacted by Accent?

A survey company called Accent are currently conducting door to door surveys, on behalf of Ofwat, gathering feedback on your perception of us. They'll be carrying proof of ID with them, although we cannot confirm their identity over the phone. You can also refuse to take part if you wish.
